Drywall Garage Conversion

Looking for someone to drywall / mud / texture a garage conversion. - Space is 16x21ft roughly. - No ceiling drywall needed although there is a 2ft soffit that runs on each wall that needs drywall - One wall goes up a bit higher to the ceiling as seen in picture Looking for someone who can start either this Saturday (electrician should be done Friday) or Monday. All screws / previous drywall will be removed. Would prefer a 2 person crew so this can be done quicker. Let me know what drywall size you plan on using. One small wall is connected to the house - maybe we need thicker drywall there? Thanks! Please provide a rough estimate / time to complete.
