We are looking for a Drywall/Stucco Repair contractor who will be able to work independently and efficiently with great attention to detail. The ideal stucoo contractor must have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Outstanding knowledge of how to select, mix and apply product - Aptitude in using tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.) - Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders etc. - Stucco removal and patching - Demo work SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS - Ability to work with high degree of integrity and promote positive company image - Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect and repair - Ability to demonstrate punctuality - Conscientious with great attention to detail - Works well under pressure - Self-motivated, punctual, and able to work independently. WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT - The principle duties of this position are performed in a variety of environments, including customer homes and outdoors - Required to work in outside weather conditions, including heat, cold, and temperature swings, for extended periods of time. - Experiences frequent interruptions; required to meet inflexible deadlines; requires concentration and attention to detail; requires a high level of organizational and prioritization skills. - Standing up to 8 hours per day; Walking up to 8 hours per day. - Occasional heavy manual labor to include lifting and carrying up to 50-75 pounds. - Regular and repetitive grasping, gripping, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead. - Frequently works on roofs and in closed or cramped spaces.
