In the world of construction contracting, your teams organizational systems, communication, and effectiveness is the foundation to great quality work and service. 4 years ago I became the owner and operator of a construction company, my experience comes from working for my father, a veteran roofing contractor. This industry is a learn by doing experience, the time put in, the knowledge collected by trial and error is what teaches you the most. I am looking for a highly motivated project senior assistant who has some experience in residential project management, someone who is not intimated by difficulty and challenge. You will work closely with the office and myself to make sure jobs are being executed and customers are satisfied with the product and service. We are primarily a residential and commercial roofing company, we also provide stucco and window services. Day to day: Visit job sites, company truck provided. Update property owners. Coordinate projects with crews and subs. Be able to problem solve. Qualifications: Experience in project management Speak Spanish Valid and current drivers license Must be comfortable walking on roofs.
