No experience required, but if you have sign installation experience that would be awesome! If you are a customer-focused, confident self-starter with the right experience who enjoys new challenges every day, we want to hear from you! Carolina Signs and Wonders is a new sign making company in the Matthews, NC that is growing and expanding that is focused on commercial signs, graphics and trade shows. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, positive, customer focused, organized and a strong part of our team. Required Skills and Experience: • Valid driver's license • Excellent communication skills • Intermediate math skills • Basic project management • Have significant mechanical capability to develop effective and safe ways to install, mount and place signs. • Be able to install a wide variety of signs (from vinyl windows, to vehicle decals, to monument signs, channel letters and dimensional letters). • Work safely during all installation including from all heights. • Be able to travel as needed (with own vehicle) to installations. Include being able to transport all of the needed supplies for the installation job. Desired Skills: · Hands-on expertise in large format digital printing and cut vinyl production from material selection though final product, and basic equipment maintenance · Ground-level sign installation (wall, glass, floor graphics, lobby signs, etc.) If you think this would be your next start to an awesome career with potential to move up and become part of fast growing team, we want to hear from you!
