Emergency: Need to rehome 1-2 year old border collie blue heeler

Hello, I need to rehome my 1-2 year old border heeler. I just received a notice on my apartment door saying I will be evicted if she is not removed from the premises. She is 1-2 years old, the lady I got her from was supposed to help me find her a home (while I fostered her) however she completely disappeared after the dog was no longer “her problem”. I have had her since April. I was just going to keep her but I can’t or I will be evicted. She is super sweet and super loving and loves kids. She’s pretty shy at first but once she’s used to you, she will be all over your for attention. I have taken her to the vet and she is up to date in shots, however the vet advised me when I got her to wait until she went into heat to get her spayed because they weren’t sure if she was or not. She just had heat a month ago, so she will need to ge spayed. I have 7 days to rehome her.
