This is an ideal position for an individual with cleaning and managerial experience. We clean model homes around the Jacksonville, St Augustine, St Johns, Orange Park, and Nocatee areas. This position will require some cleaning after hours (after 6 pm and before 10am) in addition to a few day shifts of quality assurance/team lead work per week. You need a driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good work ethic. You MUST be coachable and have a positive attitude. People skills and the ability to train and mentor are required. I need someone with great attention to detail and that does not mind driving! We provide equipment, training, and supplies. Pay is per job for cleans and an hourly rate based on experience for the lead hours. Payroll is per week (you're an employee, not a subcontractor) and we use direct deposit. We have many different individuals working throughout the state that really enjoy this position.
