One of the baseboards in tenant space has come removed from the wall. The baseboard unit is too heavy for normal screws. Assume the baseboard needs to be anchored to wall. With the right tools this should take no more than 20 - 30 minutes. You will need drill, metal drill bit, anchors and proper screws. $40
