Building Maintenance position available in Yonkers. Compensation starts at $15/hr+ (depending on experience). Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: •Inspect and prepare vacant apartments (Patch work, paint, rehab). •Respond to tenant repairs. •Clean and maintain building common areas on a regular basis •Keeps entrances, walkways and stairways clear of ice, snow and debris. Must have the ability to perform basic repairs in electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. English, working knowledge of spanish a plus.
