𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝 - $𝟐𝟖 - $𝟑6 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫! We are looking for 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗗 Skid Steer Operators for our snow team. If you have a Hoisting/Hydraulics License we can pay closer to $36 per hour. If you have experience but no Hoisting/Hydraulics License, you will be paid closer to $28 per hour. This is an ON-CALL position. When snow is forecast we call you for the storm and you work the entire storm, then receive a nice check ;) This means we could call you in for 2 am, 6am, 1pm... it's all dependent on the storm. We do NOT pay cash. This will go through our payroll system. We will have you set up at the same property for each storm, so having your driver's license to get to the property is preferable. Incentive programs for extra money and/or gifts too! 𝐀𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐌𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐇𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄. Hoisting/Hydraulics License preferred, but not required.
