A meditation class for people who want to understand what meditation is all about and be able to do it easily and simply. Hi, I'm Tiffany and I own Healing for People, a healing and energy development clinic. I have a passion for bringing energy health information into people's lives that's as simple to understand and accomplish, but no less effective, than brushing our teeth. I started this class twenty years ago for people who want to understand about medition and develop a confident practice, but had found other systems to be too muddling or time consuming.
