If you want to volunteer, donate, or join a future training, start here! WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT? Expect an interactive, hands-on workshop that invites your participation, welcomes your questions. We recommend you have a notebook/paper and coloring utensils to participate. WHAT WILL I LEARN? You will learn the basic science of how stress affects your mental and emotional health. You will learn some tangible tools for managing stress and building your resilience. HOW DO I REGISTER? Tickets are donation-based. Pay what you may!
