Currently seeking EXPERIENCED embroidery machine operators with knowledge of Tajima and heat press. Operators with at least 3 years of experience, attention to detail, able to read the orders and check the order before initiating the embroidery. Duties and Responsibilities • Operate single and multi heads of Tajima Embroidery machines to embroider logos on different types of decorative designs on garments, uniforms and apparel, caps, bags, jackets, etc. • Make the necessary changes of thread as needed • Check order before initiating the embroidery • Observe embroidery operation to detect defects or necessary changes that might need to be done • Read work order to determine type and location of embroidery, as well as thread colors and color sequence needed • Retrieve embroidery file accordingly. • Be a team player • Maintain equipment and report malfunctions, keep work area clean • Adhere to safety policies and quality standards • Other duties as needed Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • Embroidery Machine skills preferred • Strong visual skills with attention to detail • Ability to walk and stand for an 8 hour shift • Ability to consistently reach minimum production requirements • Ability to respond to short term deadlines • Lifting/Carrying up to 40 lbs may be required • Must be detail and quality oriented • Experience preferred Salary based on work experience and skills will discuss during the interview.
