An evening under Foraged's 340,000 crystal chandelier featuring a five course dinner paired with beer, wine and spirits!
Join us for a decadent five-course meal and cocktail hour menu created by For[a]ged Culinary Director Logan Mason in collaboration with several Dairy Block neighbors, including Blanchard Wine, Deviation Distilling and Wilde Blue Yonder Brewing Co. The evening will begin with a cocktail hour at 6 p.m. in the For[a]ged dining room, where guests will be welcomed with a mixology masterpiece featuring gin from Deviation Distilling, before being seated for a five-course meal expertly paired with either varietals of Blanchard Family Wine, or craft brews from Wild Blue Yonder Brewing Co, before ending with delicious dessert and a Deviation Bourbon nightcap.

Cocktail Hour: Smoked salmon, spiced Maltese & cucumber-pistachio relish with pickled fresno, paired with Deviation Blood Orange Gin.
First Course: Colorado striped bass with sage buerre noisette spaetzle, baby carrots and grapefruit buerre blanc, paired with Wild Blue Yonder Grisette.
Second Course: Prosciutto with sheep milk crema, fig jam, curried cashew & arugula, paired with Blanchard Family Wine Rocky Mountain Rose.
Third Course: Coriander crusted duck breast with ginger apple chutney & confit potatoes, paired with Wild Blue Yonder Belgian Braggot.
Fourth Course: Bison black rib with beet amarena demi, whole grain mustard gnocchi, oven dried tomato, roasted mushrooms & arugula, paired with Blanchard Family Wines Zinfandel.
Fifth Course: Dark chocolate almond truffle, paired with Deviation Bourbon.
