Crawlspace Media and Stories From The In Between presents, Sacrifice, a Live Performance. Oh, holy night. Sacrifice is a story that centers on the awakening of a Witch by the North Wind. Her cold journey begins and she soon finds herself drawn to a small farm, drawn to a family, fragile and ripe. We quickly discover how she grows her vile powers and becomes the darkest messenger of death. Sacrifice premiered during the holiday season of 2020 on the fictional podcast series, Stories From The In Between. With haunting and brilliant narration by the one and only Sara Sheckells, it quickly became a fan favorite. And we are thrilled to announce that Sara herself will be reading for this unique engagement. Accompanying her will be the talented David Williams, performing the atmospheric soundtrack in real time. This is the first live reading of a Stories From The In Between tale, and there is no better place than Salem MA. to premiere! And no better venue than the Compass Room at the Salem Waterfront Hotel, 225 Derby Street, Salem MA. Sacrifice was simultaneously published in the annual anthology series by Grinning Skull Press titled, Deathlehem. Copies of this anthology will be available for purchase at the show with proceeds donated to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation as will a portion of this show's ticket sale proceeds.
