Description
Full time position with an established local supplier to the new home construction, remodel and retail industry. The position is Monday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and starts at $15/hr.
Primary responsibilities for the ideal candidate include:
Daily deposits, customer credits, cash application, daily billing, issuance of lien waivers to customers, mail/email invoices and answer incoming calls from customers regarding accounts balances
Customer Purchase Orders - Maintain files and work with Sales staff in conjunction with resolution of discrepancies
Back up for Receptionist / Answering phones, assist/greet visitors, back up to customer proposal entry
Order entry - Data entry of orders/ printing/filing daily orders
Assist with various tasks as needed
Ideal candidates should have the following attributes:
Detail oriented, energetic and independent worker
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills
Professional and courteous demeanor
