Stay safe. Get empowered. Drink beer. Stay safe and be empowered - learn the basics to self-defense in a safe and secure environment. You'll learn defenses against the most common attacks in the world, and see how to defend against a few that are a little closer to home. Valley Self-Defense teaches Krav Maga, self-defense for every day life situations. We teach you how to use your natural reactions to an attack to keep you and your loved ones safe. Our instructors are certified to teach civilians, kids, and women, and have experience teaching those who have suffered trauma and those who are differently abled. The cost of a ticket is $25 and includes a free beer at the end of the class. This event is open to ALL ages: those under 21 who attend the event will receive two soda tokens.
