Hiring a General Maintenance Worker as an addition to our Maintenance Team Being self-motivated and having a keen eye for detail is essential for this position Landscape Maintenance includes, but is not limited to, mowing lawns with riding or push mowers, trimming and pruning shrubbery, deadheading, blowing out flower beds, fertilizing, weeding Property Maintenance demands include refuse removal and parking lot clean up, minor repairs and preventative maintenance, monitoring control panels and minor plumbing work Requirements: -Washington State Driver’s License - Physical Stamina and Dexterity - Ability to use a ladder and complete work at high levels - Ability to use hand and electrical tools - Ability to operate small machinery such as riding lawn mowers, street sweepers, etc - Ability to read technical manuals and drawings - Familiarity with HVAC is helpful - Communication and interpersonal skills - Reliability Send resume Must pass background check
