Check your baby's weight and get feeding-related questions answered. An infant weight check clinic. Check your infant's weight to see how baby is growing. Talk with International Board Certified Lactation Consultants about any feeding-related issues. Breastfeeding pre/post weight checks available. Free for all moms no matter where you delivered. Stop by anytime Mondays from 4:30-6pm. Only 10 moms allowed in the room at a time. Located right off of the 3rd floor main elevators of the main hospital, in the 3rd floor conference room, right behind the yellow and blue Children's Hospital desk. Lutheran Hospital is a 396-bed tertiary care facility delivering innovative care in a nurturing environment. Since opening in Fort Wayne on Thanksgiving Day 1904, the hospital has continually expanded its services to meet the needs of adults and children throughout northeastern Indiana and northwestern Ohio.
