Looking for a pup for wife

I’m desperately trying to find a pup or very young dog for my wife to be her service dog. She’s ex military and has severe ptsd and we’ve been trying to find an affordable pup/dog for her but with all the things she’s gone through, we just can’t afford to pay an arm and a leg for a service dog. We can’t pay much so it would be greatly appreciated if it wasn’t much money that doesn’t cost an arm or a leg or is possibly free.
