Construction Foreman Location: Bellingham, WA Pay: Earn up to $35.00 per hour to start, depending upon experience. The pay increases after the probationary period and is contingent upon work ethic and performance. Schedule: Monday-Friday: hours to be determined Responsibilities and qualifications include: -Oversee projects ranging from commercial, residential, remodels, and restoration -Oversee a team of up to 10 employees -Plan, organize and coordinate building projects from start to finish -Meeting with the supervisor to review projects, workload, weekly schedules, etc. -Assessing job priorities and assigning workers to tasks -Train new employees -Communicate with the supervisor regarding crew progress -Track & document all work & hours on projects -Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and within budget Apply today.
