The epicurean journey will start with a sumptuous Cuvee Aurora Brut Rose and move into a single-vineyard Chianti Classico, finishing with a brand Rose Regale Sparkling White Wined paired with an old-fashioned Creme Brulee. Something not seen very often will be the Grappa, Poggio Alla Mura, made from the same Brunello Sangiovese grapes that go into the single-vineyard Poggio Alla Mura Brunello di Montalcino.
