Found Dog, small elderly black and white chihuahua mix

Found this dog near Gaylord road in Joliet. It's emaciated, seems to be deaf, and is elderly. Very sweet and friendly. Small, looks like possibly a chihuahua papillon mix. If this is your dog or think you can help her, please contact me ASAP. I can't keep her for more than a day or two. If no one can take her I'll have to give her to animal control and I don't want it to come to that.
