The Woods Project is hosting our 10th annual Walk for The Woods Project, presented by ENGIE on Saturday, Nov. 13th @ Ripley House. The Woods Project is hosting our 10th annual Walk for The Woods Project, presented by ENGIE on Saturday, November 13th @ Ripley House.  The Walk is our largest fundraiser of the year and will help us provide life changing, leadership development opportunities to even more low income Houston high school students.  Over 200 students are expected to participate in our 2-week summer program. This event would not be possible without our wonderful volunteers.  There are many volunteer roles available.  Please grab your friends and family to volunteer with us and help create another successful Walk for The Woods Project.  Please register to be a volunteer and we will be in touch with you!  (Volunteers should be 18 and older.  Are you with a high school group?  Please contact Jessi for more information on available volunteer roles.) Volunteers needed Friday, November 12th, noon - 5pm for setup and prep activities. Volunteers need Saturday, November 13th, 6am - 2pm to help manage event day activities. Walk Volunteer Roles include: Start/Finish Line Activity Managers Expo Area Setup History Stop Setup Course Marshalls Parking Guides Water Stop Assistants Registration and Check-in Breakdown and Clean-up We request that volunteers be fully vaccinated.
