Please join our Poet, Mary Lynne Gasaway Hill, at the Boerne Bookshop for a poetry reading on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon. Mary Lynne is a poet, writer, professor, and Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. She will be talking about the history and meaning behind the Words of Winter, and reading from her new collection of poetic meditations, "Horizons of Joy: Poetic Thresholds for Winter" (River Lily Press, 2021). The Boerne Bookshop is an exciting new bookstore in the heart of historic Boerne. “The reading community in Boerne is incredibly diverse and we want to celebrate all of it. Join us as we explore, remember, learn, and are entertained by the world of books. The Bookshop is at the back of the wonderful 153 Main shopping venue.
