UBE exists to enable young Black, same-gender-loving men ages 18-35 to fulfill their greatest potential for good. We are creating ways for young men to come together, meet, socialize, and learn to support one another. We provide alternative social events and opportunities for same-gender-loving men to promote our diversity, well-being, and strength as individuals and as a community. Each year UBE recognizes extraordinary leaders and advocates across Dallas/ Ft. Worth Metroplex who have made significant contributions to their fields and the lives of Black LGBT individuals to advance the mission of United Black Ellument. All award categories are determined 80 percent by the votes and 20 percent by the United Black Ellument Awards Committee. Voting will close on NOVEMBER 21, 2021 at 11:59 P.M.
