Level up your mind, body, and breath for the new year with three holistic health coaches!
On Sunday, January 2nd - Get yourself ready for the new year by tuning in to your mind, body, and harnessing the power of your own breath. We're going to dive into how your mind and breath paired with yoga can alter your entire well-being. You'll walk away with powerful actionable steps you can do at home to take control of your own health.
To start off, we will have a presentation with Taylor Abrahamson, Integrative Health Coach at The Holistic Ape, on how setting your mindset can either set you up for success every day or in contrast, affect your body and the people around you in an unhealthy way.
Before we dive into the breath-work we're going to warm your body up with a 30-minute yoga session with Josh Blakley.
After that, you will learn about breathwork with our coach, Jake Casey. With this breath-work, you will find that you can alter your physiological self which is pretty incredible! We'll dive into that more at the workshop!
We will finish off with Q&A, and discussion!
