Duties and Tasks/Essential Functions: •Must be able to work from a standing, sitting, and/or kneeling position. •Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately. •Trouble shoot, evaluate and analyze information in response to technical inquiries about equipment & products. •Multi-tasking capabilities. •Must be mechanically inclined and have a comprehensive knowledge of hand and power tools. •Maintain a clean and safe work area. •Able to meet production quotas. Skill and Knowledge Qualifications: •Must possess excellent mechanical & electro-mechanical assembly skills. •Must have stripping, crimping & soldering skills. •Ability to read schematics and prints. •Telephone tech support experience. •Must be computer literate. •Excellent hand dexterity. •High attention to detail and self-motivated. Competencies: •Exemplary attendance and punctuality. •Clearly convey and receive information accurately. •Possess, acquire, and maintain the technical expertise required to do the job.
