Come together in a beautiful sister circle to learn about Waistbeads and traditionally get tied with beads of your choice (w/purchase) Your ticket will include wine, light refreshments and your choice of one waistbead strand, all additional strands must be purchased separately Greetings and welcome to our first Waistbeads event at Summer Soulstice Boutique!! Join Owner Baseemah Penna as she shares her journey and knowledge of Traditional West African Waistbeads. The purpose of this event to to create a safe space for women of all walks of life to be able to come together, not only gaining knowledge from one another but to also uplift and have open conversations in a judgement free environment. This will be a very intimate engagement with limited seating and tickets only available on Eventbrite. (None sold at the door) We will have a open discussion with Q&A and a bead tying demonstration. There will be over 50 varieties of Traditional West African Waistbeads imported from Ghana to choose from for purchase. You can choose to be sized and tied at the event or take your beads with you home. YOUR FIRST WAISTBEAD COMES WITH YOUR TICKET PURCHASE. Beads at the event will range from $20-$25 each Cash, Card, Venmo, Cashapp and Zelle are accepted for all purchases Wine will be served to those 21yrs+ All ages are welcomed All Covid-19 precautions will be taken ( ie; limited seating) Mask are required on at all times when not consuming food or drinks Hand sanitizer will be available for all to use All surfaces and seating will be sanitized prior to event If you are feeling ill or show any signs of Covid-19 or have been exposed to someone with Covid-19 within the last 14 days please do not attend event Tickets are non- refundable but can be transferable to another individual if you can not make event.
