Join us for songs, stories, and rhymes in Clayton Town Square All storytimes at the Clayton Library employ the Every Child Ready to Read structure. ECRR is a research-based early literacy program that enlists caregivers as partners in preparing their children for learning to read. Storytime is more than just books, together we will Talk, Sing, Read, Write, and Play our way to early literacy confidence. Outdoor Family Storytime is designed for children 5 years and younger. We ask that you only register for this storytime if your child is in this age range. Engage with your kiddo as we learn early literacy skills. Emphasis is put on alphabet sounds, letter recognition, shapes, as well as independence and confidence building. In order to keep our attendees safe, registration is required and space is limited. Please register for each person attending, caregiver(s) and child(ren).
