WE ARE LOOKING FOR A LONG TERM TEAM MEMBER LOOKING TO GROW WITH OUR COMPANY!!!! We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Mobile Home Community Maintenance person. This motivated team member will take a hands-on approach in any necessary duties to accomplish objectives. We are looking to employ a long-term employee with strong ethics & integrity, as well as company loyalty and a great attitude. Applicant Must have: Clean driving record and current driver’s license General Duties: Painting- Interior/ Exterior of homes All phases of remodeling the interior of homes Repairs to home skirting Repairs to home Awnings Coolers- Start up, winterizing and repairs Cool Coating and Roof Repairs Interior cleaning of mobile homes as needed Glass Repair Appliances- hook up and repair Clean up of trash areas Move Staging items from home to home Repairs to Furnaces, hot water heaters, AC units Minor water line repairs Graffiti Removal Plumbing Electrical REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance experience and construction knowledge is preferred. Candidates must pass a background and credit check. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 9-6pm with weekends off (except as needed for emergencies). Individuals must possess an attitude of self-motivation, problem-solving and hands-on approach to the task and objectives of the moment. This maintenance man will work multiple properties.
