A workshop designed to give leaders key insights into how character can impact their leadership effectiveness. Growing your Character Based Leadership The last year and a half has pushed every leader to their maximum capacity. For many, this has led to fatigue and burnout. The challenges of COVID-19 have taught us that we often cannot change the circumstances around us. So the question remains, how can we grow in our capacity to lead others well? As leaders, we can strive to learn new skills and strategies, but if we do not grow in our character we will likely not have the capacity to face the challenges of the future. This workshop is designed to help you grow in your character as a leader, so that you can lead others from a place of health and wholeness. Join us as we host our friend Ben Tugwell, pastor of Integrity Church in Winterville NC, who brings a rich experience in the areas of emotional intelligence, coaching, and building high capacity leaders.
