Start out at fruit & vegetable processing center in town and then tour Gabor Farms. Followed by light lunch provided by host at 12:30
Clarence and Tanya Dubois, owner-operators of Gabor Farm, will show us how they grow fruit and vegetables in the field, caterpillar tunnels and a hydroponic greenhouse, and mushrooms in shipping containers. We will tour from 11-12:30, and then enjoy a light lunch provided by the hosts.
