Found wallet, Sat. in the afternoon 11/6/2021. It belongs to a Young Female. It was open under a car in the afternoon off of Silver Lake Rd. the car it was under was parked at the Community Vegtable Gardening area. There were a lot of cars and people there. I stopped to add my books to thebook house out front it looked to be thrown under the car it was open and covered in dirt. Call
