This workshop will share tools such as the Burrell Health Be Well Community Weekly Connections. Active participants in this workshop will:
Learn how to take care of yourself when your stress is high and when your stress is low.Learn the importance of building community. We can do hard things, but we can do them better together.Learn about tools to help you increase intentional self-care and build more wellness into your life. Tools such as the Feelings Wheel, Self-Care Inspiration, The Four Gs Mindfulness Tool, and Mental Health American Screening Tools.Speaker: Dr. Shelly Farnan, PhD, is a doctor located in Springfield, Missouri. She is the Vice President, Be Well Initiatives and the System Director for Diversity and Inclusion at Burrell Behavioral Health. Her specialties include Psychology.
