Hi-- **Labor General at 18$ an hour cash available most days, if you don't have any skills but just want to work** I need someone that can do a project in Santa Rosa on their weekend. I can get extra labor help. Budget focused on this project, I need to reside an 80ft section of Stucco and insulate it (2x4 walls) with pink insulation then waterproof it (membrane) and install siding whatever will be the cheapest (t111 or hardy board) to add shear. I need at least two windows replaced on that same wall to allow proper egress. We do not need to change the size only drop the window down so it is less than 44" off the finished floor (or whatever the code is now). Someone that moves fast and is a self starter would be best. Someone that can also handle having other laborers do the stucco cutting and removal / help with stuff so that we can finish the whole thing in one day would be great. Please be in Santa Rosa only and please realize this is weekend work or side work and I expect to pay less than full contractor pricing. I can have labor helpers.
