I am an owner/builder putting up a 16 foot tall residential building with an 850 SF flat roof including eaves. The roof deck is half inch OSB and will be complete with a 2% slope. I need an experienced roofer to install a FireStone TPO single ply rubber roof and gutters. The TPO roof will sit directly on top of the roof deck. There will be 4 roof vents. The gutters will be 63 linear feet and have two downspouts. You should have a heat gun and rollers. All materials will be on site. I have workers comp. I can provide one laborer to assist in the installation. Please reply with a resume and/or at least two references. I'm expecting the job to take two people about two days. Weekend work is fine. I'll be ready for the job in 1 - 2 weeks.
