You're Invited! Eastern PA & Southern NJ Event - U.S. Customs and Border Protection "IN-PERSON" Charity Fair Greetings! We have an upcoming agency event requesting charities. Please see event participation details below - Agency: U.S. Customs and Border Protection Event Location: 200 Chestnut Street, #204, Philadelphia, PA 19106 Event Date: Wednesday, November 17, 2021 Event Time: 10:30 A.M. - 11:30 A.M. Charity Arrival Time: 10:15 A.M. Type of Event: "IN-PERSON" Charity Fair/Kickoff Expected No. of Attendees: 25 Event Description: We are having a small kick off event. We would like the charities to give a quick description of their organization and goal, as well as hand out any materials they wish to provide. Speaking/Presentation Time: 5 min. Amenities For Charities: Space only, no computer hook up, only space for speaking and materials (pamphlets, giveaway's, etc.) Expected Number of Attendees: 40 Security Instructions: Metal detector at the entrance, scan/physical check of belongings, must bring photo ID. Health/Safety Protocol: Mask required at all times! If someone from your organization will be available and able to participate; please register with the name and contact information of the person who will available on the date/time of this event! PLEASE NOTE: This is an invitation and "not" an attendance confirmation! Your charity’s participation at this event is "not" guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email from us! Organizations responding "Yes" to this invite are then selected via a randomizer which is per OPM regulations.
