2022 is nearly here! Ask yourself: How do you want to start your new year? Functional Yoga Series for the New Year (For real people) 2022 is nearly here! Ask yourself: How do you want to start your new year? How do you want to show up for yourself? Do you want to start it with integrity or with intention? Do you want a resolution you can follow through with and be in the 8% of people that actually achieve their goals for the new year? Join us for our Functional Yoga to start your year off on the right foot – or the left! Join us every Saturday in January as we bring together the functional and practical systems of yoga. Topics we will cover include nutrition, sleep, mindfulness, how to breathe, and movement (asana). Together, these systems will help us create a weekly practice that will support you in achieving and keeping your goals for 2022. Each week will build on the foundation of how ridiculously easy yoga truly is when used correctly. Informative and tangible handouts (plus digital) will be supplied, coupled with practical instruction on how these yoga systems work together to expand our personal wellness and transformation. We will answer your deepest questions related to yoga and wellness, and discuss the ways we can use yoga to support us in setting and keeping intentions for 2022.
