Hey all!!! This sweet girl is going to need a new home. Before you jump in, saying you want her, read the full post. This is Bella. We bought her as a unknown, unnamed gray mare at a kill pen. When we brought her home she settled in and loved our little girl. Bows, walks, brushing, etc. However, when we integrated her in with our two other horses there were some hiccups, but we worked through them, until last night when she kicked our oldest daughters pony. As much as we love Bella - we cannot keep her with her doing this to the pony. She is just best with bigger horses. She needs a home that she is either the only horse, or only with big horses. She’s not kicked out sheep or dogs. She is good with the farrier on her FRONT feet only. She is not trusting with her back feet, however, with more work she will get around to it. Our farrier has been able to trim her with my help. She loves to be around but isn’t needy. She will let bows and things be put in her hair. 😉 I would suggest a confident person to be her owner because she has a big presence about her but truly a gentle eye who has obviously been hurt and just needs love. She’s had her teeth floated, farrier work, water hosed off, and loves grain but not treats. ♥️ She is between 15-17 years. If you think you’d be a fit - text message me.
