Description
Help your local 9-year old get her service dog! Silent Auction, Bake Sale, Local Craft Items for Sale! We are a new family to Grove City as of December 2020 and are asking our community to help our 9-year old daughter, Eliana, receive her autism service dog. We have affectionately named this effort “Paws For Eliana”. Eliana is autistic with severe combined ADHD and Sensory Processing challenges. We know the benefits and the imapct a service dog can have for her, and the positive impact it will have on our family. As the same time, we know this is a BIG goal! We are working with New Hope Assistance Dogs, LLC in Warren, PA and so far, we’ve raised $9,200 toward the total need of $17,000. You can find out more about Eliana, her journey and fundraiser updates at https://fnd.us/Paws4Eliana. Having a service dog for Eliana will allow her to have an improved quality of life, more independence and confidence to go and do things that are currently a challenge, as well as the many other benefits an autism service dog offers. In order to garner some much-needed support, we are hosting an in-person local event on November 20th, 2021. At the event we will have a silent auction, bake sale, a few speakers and local vendors. We will also be raffling off a new Apple Watch! We have amazing gift baskets to bid on from several of our sponsors: Eat'nPark, Anytime Fitness, Pampered Chef, Black Bear Dispensary, Norwex, Beans on Broad, Altitude Trampoline Park, Blackout Burger Bar, Mary Kay, Momentum Chiropractic, Ace Hardware, Country Style Salon and more! This is a family friendly event. You can come and stay for the entire event or pop in and place your bids, buy your raffle tickets or bakesale and craft items.
