Arnie's owners abandoned him at the vet when they didn't want to pay for his vet care. The staff contacted our local Feral Cat Foundation representative who rushed over to help. He's healthy and ready for his forever home. He is neutered, up-to-date on shots, combo tested negative and micro-chipped. He's a sweet orange tabby and we want the best home for him!
