I am seeking a full time handyman for misc work around my property, my rentals, and misc work at some of my companies I own. This IS A FULL TIME position that pays 1099 company check. I am not seeking contractors to bid on work as this is a full time year around job with NO LAYOFFS or hours cut. Must have misc skill set such as, general labor, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and able to do general labor type things at times. MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK. Very laid back position 8:30-5:00 Mon-Friday. ONLY text or call between the hours of 7:30am-8:00PM
