So, here's the question. There was an old WW2 movie that involved a platoon going into enemy territory. They had cook who had a donkey that carried all the cooking stuff. The donkey drops on a mountain pass and the leader was going to shoot him and roll him off the pass BUT the cook takes all the donkey's stuff and carries it up the mountain, allowing the donkey to recover.
