Job Summary: Essential Functions: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Perform all production procedures in order to safely operate forklifts, clamplifts and transporters Receive wine from production line(s) and store or stage for loading on trucks as required Load/unload trucks with case goods and other production supplies Pick, stage, and deliver correct packaging materials to production lines as specified on the Bill of Materials Supply production line(s) with specified glass, cartons and other supplies as required to keep production line operating Fill out daily bottling reports, special packaging reports, export reports and any miscellaneous reports as required Assist with periodic inventories Maintain production areas (including dock areas) in a neat and orderly fashion Conduct daily inspection of equipment, filling out required forms Monitor the cleanliness of lifts and related equipment, and notify supervisors of any necessary repairs Responsible for understanding Quality Management System related activities, including the quality policy and ISO awareness Assist with production on bottling/packaging lines as needed Participate in miscellaneous production projects as required Qualifications: Punctuality and reliability essential Good communication and mathematical skills Mechanical aptitude Good observation and analytical skills Ability to accurately follow written and verbal instructions and take direction Ability to respond to frequently changing production requirements Ability to work effectively and cohesively within a production environment Ability to transport self to any Trinchero Family Estates facility for work assignments. Occasionally may be required to transport self-mid-shift to another facility. Must have valid CA driver license Working Conditions: Moderate to heavy physical work Work site may be any one of Trinchero Family Estates’ facilities Standing for long periods of time (8 hours per day) Must comply with all safety equipment requirements including ear plugs and safety glasses Exposure to various chemicals in production areas Exposure to machinery, forklifts and related production equipment Long and irregular hours during peak periods or on various shifts Extensive walking and lifting of up to 55 pounds Apply Here:
