Beginner friendly yoga + meditation
We are so excited to share in practice with you at St Susans. The sessions will last one hour starting at 4:30pm starting November 8. Please bring props (blocks, bolsters, blankets) to modify your practice for your comfort level. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and a yoga mat or towel to practice on.
Session will be held weekly Monday and Fridays. Pre registration is required to attend. Mask must be worn in the building.
Kids sessions are available of Fridays as well.
