Multi State Handgun Permit Course instructed by ARMSTA Instructors. This course is required to apply for a Utah non resident pistol permit applicants. This is a non shooting course, it will be held in a classroom setting, you will learn safe handgun handling, different types of handguns, ammunition, ammunition components, loading, unloading, cleaning and various other important handgun safety lessons. No Walk-ins, everyone attending this course must register first. FAQs Is there an age limit to attend this course ? Yes,18 years What should I bring to the course ?
