Baseball Players and Coaches of all levels, ages, and experience are invited to learn skills and tactics to utilize during off-season Orioles Hall of Famer Mike Bordick and a team of industry professionals are coming together to give Baseball Players and Coaches of all levels a well-rounded approach to training during the off-season. Attendees will learn: -Tactics used by the pros to maintain and develop skill during the off-season -How to assess risk and avoid season-ending injuries with Doctors of Physical Therapy -How to develop an effective baseball-specific exercise regime from Strength and Conditioning Specialists Attendees will also be able to ask questions to the diverse panel of specialists, ensuring that you have everything you need to know to train harder, play better, and perform at a higher level! The Baseball Warehouse, LLC is an all professional staff (Former Minor and Major League players and coaches) that specializes in private baseball instruction, coaching clinics, camps and College placement. We strive to provide the best professional instruction in the area at an affordable rate. As a staff we are committed to educating the players, coaches and parents regarding the many aspects of the game. We want to promote and better the game of baseball in Baltimore, the state of Maryland and its surrounding areas.
