Looking for helpers and handymen to help with basic tasks in few projects. Fluent in English & Spanish. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel. - Must have a truck with own tools - Miscellaneous tasks including light demolition, jobsites cleaning, move and haul materials and equipments as need, provide assistance nd support to all trades on jobsites -Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety requirements -Must be dependable and on time -Strong communication skills -Respectful of others, including coworkers and customers -Ability to lift heavy objects Depending on experience and performance a permanent position and compensation may be offered
