Looking for an energetic, compassionate, and resilient person to provide assistance in the evenings doing rounds at 5 recovery residences in boynton beach. We are FARR certified and have been in business for 8 years. Our recovery residences focus on 12 step facilitation and engagement, holistic and spiritual approaches to recovery, as well as a strong focus on case management and life skills. Every one of our employees are passionate and are part of a family type work environment, but at the same time, our procedures and processes are extremely important as we are dealing with peoples' lives. The job will pay 15-18/hr depending on experience. Everyone is paid atleast 15/hr after 30 days with us. There will be 2-3 evening shifts available starting at 6pm and going to midnight. We currently need someone for overnight shifts 2-3 nights a week as well. We can be flexible with the hours worked and try to work with someone to give them more work hours if needed. We will pay for certifications related to the job up to $800 per year. We encourage all operations staff to be a recovery residence administrator or recovery support specialist.
