NORTH HAVEN, CT — Silver Alerts have been issued for two teens who were reported missing from North Haven on Monday, Nov. 8. Both are endangered runaways, according to Connecticut State Police. Ray Forbes, 17, is described by police as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs 127 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and white sneakers. A photo wasn't available. Jonathan Beckford, 16, is described by police as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 191 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants and black sneakers. A photo wasn't available.
